The ACCA Web3 auction house is an online platform for the second digital art market support, built on blockchain technology that enables professional collectors and art investors to buy and sell computer art and digital assets through decentralized auctions.\

**2. How does it work?**

The ACCA Web3 auction houses use a blockchain ecosystem to record ownership and transactions securely. The highest bidder wins the artwork when an auction ends, and ownership is transferred through a blockchain smart contract.\
\
**3. What cryptocurrencies are accepted for bidding?**

The ACCA Web3 auction houses typically accept Ethereum (ETH).\
\
**4. How do I create an account?**

Most Web3 auction houses allow users to connect their digital wallets (e.g., MetaMask) to the platform.\
\
**5. What happens if I win an auction?**

If you win an auction, the asset's ownership is transferred to your blockchain wallet, and you can access it accordingly.

**6. Are there any fees associated with purchasing art from the auction?**

The buyer is only responsible for the gas fee.

**7. How frequently do we conduct auctions?**

We hold auctions every two months.

We also host the meta exhibitions every two months.

Our curation process involves two steps:

* External Curator: Typically, this is a well-known individual within the art community, known for their extensive background in art, criticism, collecting, or artistry. They enhance their qualifications publicly.
* ACCA Board Curators: These individuals are responsible for the final selection of artists the external curator recommends. Our board comprises artists, art critics, and collectors who possess practical experience rather than solely traditional art education.

**9. What is the duration of the auction?**

The auction lasts for seven days.\

**10. How can a collector get ready for the auction?**\
To ensure you're informed about the auction start date, it's essential to subscribe here - <https://theacca.art/home/>. Subscribed collectors will receive the pre-auction catalog containing details such as artwork descriptions, starting prices, and artist provenance.\
\
**11. How do you select artwork?**

We take care of the curation, and you make the choice.

Each auction artwork is displayed in our meta gallery, typically open for collector preview one week before the auction. By subscribing, you will also receive the pre-auction catalog, which provides comprehensive descriptions and details about the auction lots. This way, you can make your selections in advance.

**12. What is the buyer's premium?**

There are no buyer's premium charges applied.
